• QHHT stands for Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, a method of deep relaxation and inner exploration developed by the late Dolores Cannon, a pioneering hypnotherapist and author.

    At its core, QHHT is about helping people access a deeply relaxed state of consciousness - similar to the dreamlike state just before sleep (known as Theta) to explore answers, insights, and even healing that may not be available in everyday waking awareness.

    QHHT is like a guided inner journey. You get very relaxed, explore vivid scenes (possibly past lives), and speak directly to the wisest part of yourself—asking deep questions and sometimes receiving healing in the process.

    Because of the genuine love and compassion involved in this process, your QHHT Sessions will always be guided by the fundamental principle of “Appropriateness”, nothing will happen in a session that can harm you and everything that does happen is because it is most appropriate for you at the time of the session.

    Whether you see it as spiritual, psychological, or just imaginative—it can be a powerful tool for self-discovery, clarity, and healing.

    But in a general sense, you don’t need to be spiritual, religious, or believe in past lives. All that’s required is an open mind and a willingness to explore.

    The explanation given during sessions, by the SC, is often that the body can heal itself - but only if the mind and spirit are aligned.   • A QHHT Session is a deep, one-on-one experience that can last 4–6 hours. It follows a structured yet personalized process designed by Dolores Cannon to help you access insight, healing, and guidance from the deepest part of your consciousness.

    Here’s how it usually unfolds:

    1) Pre-Talk & Interview (1–2 hours)

    Your session begins with a relaxed conversation between you and the practitioner.

    This is a chance to:

    • Talk about your life—major events, health issues, relationships, and anything else relevant.

    • Share your questions—These can be personal, emotional, physical, spiritual, or even cosmic.

      • Examples:
        “Why do I have this chronic illness?”
        “What is my life purpose?”
        “Why do I keep attracting the same kind of relationships?”

    The practitioner helps you refine your questions so they’re ready to ask your Higher Self (or “Subconscious,” as Dolores sometimes called it).

    2) Hypnosis Induction (20–30 minutes)

    You’ll then lie down, close your eyes, and be guided into a deeply relaxed state using a specific induction technique created by Dolores Cannon.

    • You remain fully aware and in control - this is not like stage hypnosis.

    • Your body becomes deeply relaxed while your mind enters a theta brainwave state - similar to the state just before sleep or during deep meditation.

    3) Past Life (or Other Life) Exploration (30–60 minutes)

    Once you’re deeply relaxed, your consciousness will begin to present scenes, experiences, or lives that are meaningful for your current life.

    • These may be past lives, parallel lives, future lives, or symbolic stories.

    • You may see images, feel emotions, or simply “know” what’s happening.

    • The practitioner gently guides you to explore key moments in that life - especially the beginning, significant events, and the ending.

    This process helps you:

    • Discover patterns or themes connected to your current life.

    • Gain emotional or spiritual insight into your present challenges.

    4) Contact with the “Super Conscious” (Higher Self) (30–60 minutes):

    After the life exploration, the practitioner will gently ask to speak with your Super Conscious (also called the Higher Self or Subconscious).

    This part of you:

    • Knows everything about you - past, present, and future.

    • Can answer your prepared questions.

    • Can explain the meaning behind the life you just explored.

    • May even facilitate physical or emotional healing, if appropriate.

    You’ll still be in hypnosis, but this part of the session feels different - calm, direct, and often very loving.

    5) Healing Work (if appropriate):

    The Super Conscious may perform or initiate healing - only if it’s in your best interest and if you’re ready.

    This may include:

    • Physical healing (e.g. pain relief, energetic clearing, disease and allergy removal, or even organ/system repair)

    • Emotional release or forgiveness

    • Shifts in perspective about past trauma

    • Clarity about relationships or decisions that are causing our physical ailments

    6) Gentle Awakening:

    The practitioner then slowly brings you back to full waking awareness. Most people remember everything clearly - even though they were in a deep state.

    7) Post-Session Debrief & Audio Recording:

    You’ll talk briefly about what came through and how you feel.

    • You’ll be given a recording of the session (usually the past life + Higher Self portion).

    • Listening to the recording afterward is considered part of the healing process - many people continue to receive insights and additional healing days or weeks later.

    What You Need to Know:

    • You’re always in control: You cannot be made to do or say anything you don’t want to.

    • You don’t need to believe in past lives for it to work. Many people experience something meaningful, even if they approach it skeptically.

    • The Super Conscious only gives what is helpful. If something is not meant to be revealed, or if healing isn’t appropriate, that will be explained with compassion.

    A QHHT session is a deeply personal and potentially life-changing experience. Proper preparation helps you relax, connect deeply, and get the most from your time with your practitioner.

    1) What to Bring to Your Session:

    • A written list of questions
      Bring 5–10+ questions you'd like your Higher Self (Super Conscious) to answer.

      These can cover:

      • Health issues or physical symptoms

      • Emotional challenges

      • Life purpose

      • Career or creative blocks

      • Relationships (family, romantic, friends)

      • Spiritual topics (past lives, soul contracts, guides, etc.)

      • Big life decisions

      Tip: Prioritize your questions from most important to least - and separate them by topic if helpful.

    • An open mind and a curious heart
      You don’t have to believe in hypnosis or past lives - just be open to whatever your mind wants to show you.

    • Comfortable clothing
      You’ll be lying down for 1–2 hours, so wear loose, comfortable clothes.

    • Water and light snacks
      It is highly recommended to hydrate or have a small snack after the session to ground yourself.

    • Minimal jewelry and accessories
      Avoid anything distracting or uncomfortable during deep relaxation.

    2) How to Prepare Yourself Mentally and Energetically.

    • Get a good night’s sleep
      You’ll be most receptive when rested. Don’t overdo caffeine or stimulants the morning of your session. Often, it is good to avoid these altogether.

    • Avoid alcohol or drugs for at least 24 hours
      These can interfere with your clarity and relaxation.

    • Eat a light, healthy meal beforehand
      You don’t want to be hungry—or overly full—during the session.

    • Practice quiet reflection
      Spend a little time the night before thinking about your questions or intentions. You might journal or meditate if that feels right.

    • Let go of expectations
      Every session is unique. Trust that whatever comes up is what you most need at this time.

    Common Client Questions Before the Session:

    “What if I can’t be hypnotized?”
    Everyone can enter a hypnotic state. QHHT uses a natural relaxation process. Even if you’re analytical or skeptical, you can still access deep awareness.

    “What if I don’t believe in past lives?”
    That’s okay. Some people see vivid past lives, others get symbolic stories, and others receive deep emotional insights. It all comes from you—your deeper knowing.

    “What if nothing happens?”
    It’s rare, but if your mind is overly anxious or resistant, it may block the flow. The best approach is to relax, stay curious, and let go of trying to control what comes up.

    Please Avoid These Before Your Session:

    • Don’t try to meditate for answers right before the session—let the session reveal what needs to come.

    • Avoid overloading yourself with spiritual readings, YouTube videos, or QHHT testimonials that create rigid expectations.

    • Don’t bring a strict schedule or plan to drive long distances afterward. Give yourself time to rest, integrate, and reflect post-session.
